Evo Glow Shipping Methods and Fees
We offer three delivery services: Standard, Express, and International Shipping. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to send multiple orders to more than one address, they must place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.

• Shipping Delays: Evo Glow is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Evo Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including customs clearance.
• Risk and Loss: All items purchased are subject to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Claims Processing: Evo Glow monitors and logs all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. These issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For wrong or damaged items, accompanying pictures must be submitted. Evo Glow retains the right to restrict and/or reject the reshipment or refund of an order/item in all circumstances. If a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return or refund.
• Duties and Taxes: Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the shipping fees listed above. The responsibility for these taxes and duties lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Since Evo Glow products are sold worldwide, we cannot ensure compliance with the import regulations of every country. Please check with your country’s customs office before placing an order if you are uncertain.
