Step 1: Prepare the Treatment Area
Before starting your hair removal session, it’s important to properly prepare the area you plan to treat:
• Clean the Skin: Begin by cleansing the treatment area to remove any dirt, oil, or cosmetic products.
• Shave the Hair: Use a razor to carefully shave the hair in the area you wish to treat. This ensures that the IPL light can target the hair follicle directly.
• Dry the Skin: Make sure your skin is completely dry before applying the Evo Glow Pro device. Moisture can reduce the device’s effectiveness.
Step 2: Set Up the Evo Glow Pro Device
Get your Evo Glow Pro device ready for use:
• Connect the Power: Plug the power cord into the adapter and insert the plug into a power outlet.
• Turn On the Device: Short press the On-Off button on the side of the Evo Glow Pro device to power it on.
Step 3: Adjust the Intensity Level
The Evo Glow Pro IPL device features multiple intensity levels to accommodate different skin types and sensitivity:
• Select the Intensity: Once the device is powered on, use the On-Off button to cycle through the five intensity levels. The higher the level, the greater the energy output, leading to faster results.
• Start at a Lower Level: For first-time users, it’s recommended to start at Level 1. As your skin becomes accustomed to the treatment, you can gradually increase the intensity for more effective results.
Step 4: Protect Your Eyes

• Ensure Full Contact: The hair removal sensor light on the device will illuminate, indicating full contact with the skin. This is crucial for the device to function correctly.
• Activate the Flash: Press the flash button to begin the hair removal process. If the white light does not turn on, it means the lamp head isn’t fully attached to the skin, and the device won’t emit light until proper contact is achieved.
Step 6: Turn Off the Evo Glow Pro Device
After completing your hair removal session:
• Power Down: Press and hold the On-Off button for 1 to 2 seconds to turn off the Evo Glow Pro device.
• Unplug Safely: Always turn off the device before unplugging it from the power outlet to avoid potential damage.
Yes, we recommend shaving the treatment area before using your Evo Glow Pro device. Trimming the hair to the right length allows the IPL to more effectively target the hair follicles.
We recommend using the handset three times a week for the first month to achieve the best results. After that, you can use it once every two weeks or once a month for touch-ups as needed.
Additionally, we suggest making adjustments based on your hair growth. If you notice thicker hair or stubborn areas, you can increase the gear level and frequency of usage. However, it's important to monitor your skin's reaction and adjust accordingly to avoid any discomfort or adverse effects.

The greatest benefit of IPL hair removal technology, like the Evo Glow Pro, is that it typically has no side effects on the skin or body.
Unlike other devices, the Evo Glow Pro features patented Sapphire Ice-Cooling technology, ensuring a painless hair removal experience. Users will typically feel no discomfort during the treatment.
You can use the Evo Glow Pro IPL device on various parts of your body, including the Brazilian (bikini area) and face, but avoid using it around the eyes (only use below the cheekbones).
The device is not suitable for the inner parts of the bikini area, so avoid using it on the labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus.
For sensitive areas like the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks, start with the lowest intensity level to minimize discomfort.
For IPL hair removal, we generally recommend it for individuals aged 15 and above, as body hair typically matures around this age. However, some hair follicles may mature earlier.
For those under 18, it's advisable to seek approval from a parent or consult a specialist, such as a cosmetician or dermatologist, before using the device.
Order
To track your order status, follow these steps:
1. Logged-In Orders: If you placed your order while logged into your account, simply log in to our website with your email and check the "My Orders" section to view your order status.
2. Guest Orders: If you placed the order without signing in, click [here](#) and enter your Order Number and Email Address to view your order details.
3. Tracking Number: Once your package has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email. Use this number to track your package’s progress.
You can only make changes to or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed. Since we process orders quickly, changes and cancellations may not always be possible. To request a change or cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at sales@evoglow.com with your request details.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times can vary, but we work closely with our carriers to ensure prompt delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed at our warehouse before shipping.

Evo Glow ships internationally. However, free standard shipping is available only to the following regions:
- North America
- Asia
- Europe
- Australia
For countries not listed above, customers are responsible for shipping costs and duties. Please contact sales@evoglow.com to verify the total cost for shipping to your location.
Local taxes and import duties may apply in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient is responsible for all such taxes and duties. As our products are sold globally, we cannot guarantee they meet the import requirements of every country. If you have any doubts, please check with your country's customs office before placing your order.
You can change your shipping address only before your order has been shipped. To update your address, contact us at sales@evoglow.com with the correct shipping details. Our team will assist with the update.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or options. In such cases, customers are responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, it's a good idea to check with your neighbors and local post office for more information.
If you still don't receive your order within a few days, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@evoglow.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. Provide your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the issue for you.
Return
At Evo Glow, we offer a 90-day no-questions-asked return policy, so you can shop with confidence. Here’s how it works:
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in resalable condition with its original packaging. This ensures both you and other customers receive products of the highest quality.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply fill out the return form available on our website. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return label via email. Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging.
- Important: Returns without Evo Glow’s approval or without a provided return label will not be accepted. Please follow the correct procedure to ensure a smooth return process.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, fill out the appropriate form on our website. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Notify us of any defects or damage as soon as possible. If a damaged item is returned without prior notification, we won't be able to process the return.
- International Returns: Our free return label is currently available only for customers in the US.

After we receive and inspect your returned product, our accounting team will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation at the address associated with your order, detailing the refund amount. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method.
Return Process for Evo Glow Pro
1. Contact Us: Begin by contacting us with your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, photos of the item, and the reason for the return. Once we have this information, we’ll send you a printable shipping label along with return instructions, including our return address and details about your order.
2. Print the Return Label: Properly pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original box, then securely attach the return label to the outside of the package.
3. Ship the Package: Take your package to your nearest post office and send the item(s) back to us using the provided shipping label. If you need urgent processing, please provide us with the tracking number for the return.
Important: Due to the high value of our products, please drop off your package at a post office rather than a post box. Evo Glow will not be responsible for any packages lost in a post box.
4. We Notify You Upon Receipt: Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 1-3 business days.
5. Receive Your Refund: After inspecting the returned item and confirming it meets our return standards, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times may vary by bank.
