At Evo Glow, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If, within 90 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the product or the results, you may return it for a full refund.

To ensure the fair application of this policy, we recommend following the usage instructions provided in the manual for at least one month before submitting a return request. After one month, you should notice a reduction in hair growth. We also suggest extending your personal trial to the full 90 days, as individual results may vary, and some may take longer to see results.

Please note that IPL may not be effective for everyone, depending on hair color and skin tone. We encourage reviewing our suitability chart on the Evo Glow website before purchasing. Return Requirements

To request a return and receive a refund, please follow these steps and provide the necessary information:

1. Pre-Approval: All returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
2. Condition: The device must be in the same condition as when received—undamaged and in the original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional expenses or make it impossible to return the product.
3. Timeline: The return request must be made within 90 days of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Your order number.
2. A valid reason for your return or exchange.
3. The quantity of products being returned.
4. For exchanges, specify the desired color and model.
5. Attach clear photos of the product(s) to assess their condition. If you have the original packaging, include photos showing its condition. If not, mention this in your email or the description section of the form for further assessment.

Return Instructions

1. Once your return is approved, we will send you a printable shipping label with our return address and order details.
2. Attach the Return Label: Pack your return item(s) properly into the original box, and affix the provided return label to the outside of the box.
3. Send Back the Package: Please mail the item(s) back to us using your local post office. Due to the high value of the product, we strongly recommend personally handing the package to a post office employee for acceptance. We do not advise dropping it off in a post box without this direct acceptance. Evo Glow is not responsible for any lost packages, and refunds will not be processed in such cases. If you need expedited handling of your returned parcels, please contact us and provide the tracking number for your shipment.
4. Notification Upon Receipt: We will process your return within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package.

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Any product not purchased from www.evoglowllc.com.
2. If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, and other items are missing or damaged.
3. Products exhibiting physical damage or obvious misuse by the user.
4. Products that appear stained (scratches, food, oil stains, etc.).
5. Orders exceeding 90 days from the date of reception.
